IReturns and Exchanges
I hope you love your new S J Millar piece! However, if you have any issues or are not happy with your order for any reason, please email sjmillardesigns@gmail.com or use the contact form available on the website to get in touch and a return or exchange can be arranged.
I will need to be notified of any return request within 14 day of receipt of the item ( this timeframe begins from the date your order is delivered). I will be unable to accept returns after this 14 day period. To be accepted for a return for either a refund or exchange, all items need to be in their original, unworn and resellable condition.
If you change your mind about any made to order pieces, please let me know as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary use or ordering of materials. Face and sleep masks are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
It your item was a gift and shipped to you directly, please get in touch and options can be discussed.
If your item is faulty in any way, please get in touch with your order number, pictures and a description of the issue and I will proceed to sort any issues for you.
Posting returns:
All returns must be posted back and return postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty-in which case I will need advised of this before you post your return. It is advised to send your parcel using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery. Please also keep a copy of your postage receipt and tracking number until you have confirmation that your item has arrived back. You will be notified when your parcel arrives and your return processed. Please send any pieces back in a good condition and well packaged to avoid damage and ensure a full refund can be issued.
